J. Hood made a motion to adjourn executive session.
V. Guzman seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
We stated that the reason for the executive session, it was to conduct a strategy sessions in preparation for negotiations with nonunion personnel or to conduct collective bargaining sessions or contract negotiations with nonunion personnel.
The public body will not reconvene in open session at the end of the executive session;
