A. Cooper called a meeting to order on Monday Apr 24, 2023 at 8:04 AM.

Consideration of Acquisition of Franciscan High School
L. Young made a motion to authorize Preston Castille to begin negotiations with Franciscan High School regarding the transition of assets and students to Mentorship.
V. Sizer seconded the motion.
Preston Castille presented the proposition of acquiring Franciscan High School students upon school closure. Highlights included:
- Discussion of potential acquisition of certain facilities.
- Transition of students

M. Victorian made a motion to adjourn.
L. Young seconded the motion.
The team VOTED to approve the motion.
