Keith Donahue called a meeting to order on Wednesday Sep 7, 2022 at 2:41 PM.

Board Approval: Foundation Transfer of Funds
Basile Beaty made a motion to approve a transfer in the amount of $114,581.39 from the Future Public School Foundation to Future Public SChool to cover the salary and benefit expenses for principal Amanda Cox, in accordance with the approved 2021-2022 budget.
Tracy Sedano seconded the motion.
The team VOTED to approve the motion.

Darnisha Orcutt made a motion to adjourn the meeting.
