Call the Meeting to Order
Matthew Kuzio called a meeting of the board of directors of Future Public School to order on Wednesday Jun 5, 2019 at 4:02 PM.

Building Hope Remaining Funds
Mr. Kuzio presented information about the unused portion funds of the FPS bond held by Building Hope and Hamlin (roughly $292,000). The estimated annual addition to budget under several scenarios were discussed.
Dynisha Smith made a motion to Of the unused portion of the Future Public School bond (roughly $292,000), reserve $60,000 in a restricted account and apply all remaining funds towards the principal.
Suzanne Metzgar seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
