Approve 11/22/21 meeting minutes
The committee discussed if discussed the content of documents used during the meeting should be included in the approved minutes or just have their title listed. The OML guidance indicates that a list of documents and exhibits must be included but not the documents themselves. The committee agreed to approve the minutes with the list of documents from the meeting but not the actual documents included.

Organizational & Executive Director Goals Discussion

Strategic Planning Update
Bill discussed a proposal for a strategic planning consultant and recommended that the Board wait to start a Strategic Planning process until the summer or next school year to allow them and the school to focus on COVID and pandemic recovery for the remainder of the 2021-22 school year. The committee agreed with this recommendation.

Board Recruitment
Board recruitment was discussed as part of the Organization Goals discussion earlier in the meeting.

Bill discussed the Organization Goals which also serve as Executive Director Goals. The committee discussed the academic goals to understand how the goals tie to challenges from the pandemic. They also discussed the retention goals, family satisfaction goals, and REDI goals to better understand the measurement of the metrics and the plans in place to achieve these goals. They also discussed Board recruitment goals as part of the discussion on family satisfaction and REDI.
