Executive Director Evaluation

Mr. Leonard began by discussing the revised ED evaluation in light of the discussion at the December 1, 2021 board meeting.

Mr. Grant suggested that the sentence relating to the lack of guidance from state education officials relating to remote learning was not accurate and likely to be disputed by DESE should it review the evaluation.  Mr. Grant noted that state officials were consistently in favor of in-person learning and they may take exception to being blamed for a school’s decision to opt for full remote learning.

Mr. Molina and Ms. Monson both said they agreed with the sentence relating to the lack of guidance from state officials.
R. Leonard made a motion to adopt the revised ED evaluation.
K. Molina seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED to approve the motion.
