Call the Meeting to Order
D. Morrin called a meeting of the board of trustees of Springfield Prep to order on Monday Sep 16, 2019 at 10:08 AM.

There was no public comment.
II. Facility
A.
Heritage Academy Lease
The board discussed this lease extension agreement (Springfield Prep - Heritage lease extension 2020-21). It was in agreement that this extension was the most prudent path for the school, especially given the lack of available school space in Springfield and the time required to develop new school space.
A. Grant made a motion to approve the lease to rent the Heritage Academy building for the 2020-21 school year, as presented.
K. Molina seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.

The next board meeting will take place next Wednesday, 9/25 at 5:45 pm.

A. Grant made a motion to adjourn the meeting.

The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
