Anton Treuer made a motion to table the minutes from WOLI Monthly Board Meeting 07-17-2023.

Executive Director Report
- Two employees accepted, one candidate still in hiring progress.
- Update regarding transportation for Bad River and Red Cliff students.
- Discussion on improvements to facilities.
- Ojibwe Language Symposium.
Dustin Morrow made a motion to approve the Executive Director's report.
Anton Treuer seconded the motion.
The board VOTED to approve the motion.
C.
Finance/Budget
- $18,000 donation for general operating support with the intent to use it towards health and wellness.
Anton Treuer made a motion to remove previous signatories from bank accounts and to replace them with current officers.
Dustin Morrow seconded the motion.
The board VOTED to approve the motion.
D.
Policy Committee Report
- Comments on Bylaws for amending will be due September 1, 2023.
- Removing previous officers as signatory from bank accounts etc., and replacing them with current officers ranking as follows: Mark Montano, Dustin Morrow, Anton Treuer, Ryan Bunker.
