Call the Meeting to Order
A. Payne called a meeting of the board of directors of Northwest Indiana Lighthouse Charter Schools to order on Monday Mar 21, 2022 at 5:35 PM.

Approve Minutes
T. Smith made a motion to approve the minutes from November 2021 November 2021 NWI Board Meeting on 11-29-21.
S. Caruthers seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.

S. Caruthers made a motion to Approve East Chicago February Financials.
T. Smith seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.

S. Caruthers made a motion to approve Gary February financials.
T. Smith seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.

A. Payne discussed that board member postings are on line.

A. Payne discussed that the CMO evaluation on Board on Track is the evaluation of choice.

A. Payne informed public of the formal complaint policy. Complaints can be sent via email to the board at board@nwi.lha.net
