Ileana Kiriakos has worked at Options for Youth and other charter school organizations for over fifteen years. In her roles as a teacher, Principal, Director, Chief of Staff, and currently Superintendent, Ileana has dedicated her career to impactful educational leadership, quality community engagement, and equitable academic access. During her time at Options for Youth, she served as a Principal and high school math teacher, leading her students and staff by promoting self-empowerment, academic excellence, and a collaborative workplace. She values the importance of establishing trust and invests the time to build meaningful partnerships with stakeholders. Ileana is committed to supporting all students in achieving success and finding confidence in school and in their communities. |
