Call the Meeting to Order
N. Wray called a meeting to order on Tuesday Oct 17, 2023 at 4:30 PM.
II. Appointment of James Howard as Interim Chair of the One City Board of Directors.

Vote to Approve the Appointment of Interim Board Chair
M. Hanson made a motion to approve the appointment of James Howard as Interim Chair of the One City Schools Board of Directors.
C. Gaines seconded the motion.
The team VOTED to approve the motion.
III. Closing Items

Adjourn Meeting
G. Derzon made a motion to adjourn the meeting.
M. Hanson seconded the motion.
The team VOTED to approve the motion.
There being no further business to be transacted, and upon motion duly made, seconded and approved, the meeting was adjourned at 4:45 PM.
