		Brianna Stuczynski, Governance Coach with Board on Track, will join the meeting to provide a brief overview of Board on Track, answer questions and address concerns.
III.	Update on Staff Request to Hire Board Member as Coach at OCS				4:17 PM
	A a follow up to the discussion held at the November 2023 regular board meeting, board members will review and approve the language added to One City's Policies and Procedures around providing compensation under certain specific circumstances to members of the Board of Directors.

		Board members will be asked to approve One City Schools proposed policy allowing the hiring of Board members under specific circumstances.
IV.	Financial Statements Review and Approval				4:27 PM
	Board members will review and vote to approve the financial statements from November and December 2023.

		Treasurer T. Jaeckle will provide a review of the financial statements from November and December 2023. Board members will be asked to vote to approve financial statements.
V.	One City Schools' 10th Anniversary Celebration Date Change				4:47 PM
	A.	Update on Planning and Designing One City's 10th Anniversary Celebration	Discuss	Xena Zupan	10 m
		One City's CEO Executive Assistant Xena Zupan will present the updated plan for a fundraiser/celebration.
