Board members will be asked to vote to approve the signing of the engagement letter drafted by Michael Best LLP (law firm) and shared with Board members on Tuesday, November 14th, for charter schools that are signing on to be represented by them in the legal challenge filed against independent public charter schools in Wisconsin. Michael Best’s attorney’s would like all schools that sign the engagement letter to have their Boards approve of schools being party to the lawsuit and represented by them. |
