Leah Lange of Numbers 4 Nonprofits has prepared One City's May 2022 financial statements. 

One City Treasurer and Finance Committee Chair, Torrey Jaeckle will present the statements during the meeting. The Board will discuss and then vote to approve the financial statements.

  B. One City Student Enrollment Update for the 2021-22 School Year FYI Marilyn Ruffin 10 m
   

M. Ruffin will provide a brief enrollment update:

 

If every available seat is filled, there will be a total of 672 students to be enrolled for 2022-23 school year at One City Schools: 

  • 82 students in Preschool, 2K, 3K and 4K
  • 326 students in Elementary School, 5K-5th grade
  • 264 students in Secondary School, 6th, 9th, and 10th grade

To date, Preschool and Elementary School enrollment is at 100%.

Secondary School stands at:

Grade 6: 45 completed applications, out of 72 possible seats, with 32 seats open

Grade 9: 40 completed applications, out of 96 possible seats, with 65 seats open

Grade 10: 21 completed applications, out of 96 possible seats, with 75 seats open
 

  
IV. Plans for Opening One City Schools Fall 2022 4:30 PM

Head of Schools, Devon Davis will provide a detailed report on plans for opening our schools this fall, explaining our programs, our partners and how One City Preparatory Academy will benefit students. There will be time for Q&A. Note: Devon will only join us for this portion of the meeting as she and her team are busy preparing to receive our new staff next month for orientation.

The next Regular Meeting of the One City Board will be held at our preschool, located at 2012 Fisher Street, on Tuesday, July  26, 2022.
