K. James will report on recently conducted stay interviews, in which HR met individually with every current One City employee. The interviews were designed to gauge plans for return in the 2026–2027 school year and to gather employee feedback on challenges, successes, and overall cultural experience.

C. Hampton will report on the March 4th State Senate public hearing on AB/SB 818, One City's demonstration public school legislation, and will brief the board on next steps.

  • Wis. Stat. § 19.85(1)(c) for considering employment, compensation, or performance evaluation data of a public employee (CEO contract review and evaluation).
