One City Schools requires updated signature authority on certain banking accounts to reflect recent personnel changes and ensure appropriate financial controls.

 

Proposed Action: Approve resolutions authorizing the addition of:

  1. Scott Haumersen, Chief Financial Officer, as an authorized signer on the organization's Summit Credit Union and Old National Bank accounts
  2. Sarah Campagna, Board Treasurer, as an authorized signer on One City's Old National Bank accounts
  
III. Move to Closed Session 4:08 PM

Board members will be asked to vote on the following motion: The Board will move to closed session pursuant to Wisconsin Statute s. 19.85(1)(f) as the discussion will include financial histories of specific persons.
