Call the Meeting to Order
Diane Jackson called a meeting of the Finance Committee of Jefferson RISE to order on Wednesday Sep 25, 2019 at 5:37 PM.

Approve Minutes
Tanya Lewis made a motion to approve minutes from the Finance Committee on 05-22-19 Finance Committee on 05-22-19.
Diane Jackson seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.

Approve Minutes
Tanya Lewis made a motion to approve minutes from the Finance Committee on 02-25-19 Finance Committee on 02-25-19.
Diane Jackson seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
II. Finance
A.
Update on Financials
K. Sullivan updated the board members and shared the budget for the year coupled with what was spent through August.
K. Sulivan and T. Lewis will set up meeting to share the process of building the budgets and how months are closed out.
Awaiting final audit results.
III. Closing Items

Adjourn Meeting
Tanya Lewis made a motion to adjourn the meeting.
Diane Jackson seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
There being no further business to be transacted, and upon motion duly made, seconded and approved, the meeting was adjourned at 5:55 PM.
