Call the Meeting to Order
Diane Jackson called a meeting of the School Performance Committee of Jefferson RISE to order on Sunday Aug 21, 2016 at 12:15 PM.

Approve Minutes
Kyle Goss made a motion to approve minutes from the Academic Achievement Committee Meeting on 06-04-16 Academic Achievement Committee Meeting on 06-04-16.
Diane Jackson seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
II. Academic Achievement
A.
Revise 2016-2017 Committee Goals
Kathleen Sullivan arrived.
Diane will upload 2016-2017 committee goals into OKRs folder.
B.
Prepare report to full Board
Kyle will compile graphs and information to be presented to the full board at the 8/24 meeting.
C.
Review End of Year Scores and Data
Attrition information will be moved to the October report out.
III. HoS Report
A.
Head of School Report to Committee
Many things to celebrate in the beginning of Y2.
Improvements in several areas that make running the school smoother.

Kyle Goss made a motion to adjourn the meeting.

The committee VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
