D. Jackson will be calling on Board Members to participate in the formal evaluation of the head of school. Awaiting the final job description and duties/responsibilities for the process will be divided before the first meeting. Target is to have the meeting and complete the Board evaluation before the next meeting this month.

We participated in NOLA Give Day on a very small scale. Info was sent to each board member to share with their networks.
Committee needs to be created to draft a plan for the 2020-2021 school year on how to effectively raise funds from a board perspective.
