The SCSF staff makes the following recommendations for CSP SE subgrant awards. The recommendations are made based on the eligibility and scoring criteria established in the Request for Applications (RFA) and the evaluations made by independent, qualified reviewers. Every subgrant application was reviewed by 3 reviewers, and each application received a mean score of at least 80 points, as required in the RFA. |
