The group of reviewers (4) has made a recommendation to award book vending machines with tokens and books to two schools: Ethos Classical and Spring Creek Charter Academy. Both schools demonstrated need, existence of literacy programming, and the ability to maintain the machines. The group requests that the Executive Committee approve these requests.
