Call the Meeting to Order
L. Money (A, #3) called a meeting of the board of directors of Parker Performing Arts School to order on Sunday Dec 12, 2021 at 6:33 PM.

Review & Approve Agenda
C. Thomas (A, #5) made a motion to Approve the agenda as presented.
J. Jerome (A, #2) seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
III. PPA Mask Position
A.
Clarify PPA Mask Position & Exemptions
The Board discussed the PPA mask position decided upon in the prior Board meeting, including guidance to clarify the position, particularly in relation to performances and activities at PPA. The Board agreed to the following clarifications:
- Students with documented medical exemptions from a licensed physician will not be required to wear masks.
- Faculty and staff alone in their rooms or offices are not required to wear masks.
- Students who are actively performing in plays or recitals are not required to wear masks. Students who are not actively performing are still required to wear a mask. All spectators are required to wear a mask.
Communication will be sent accordingly to the PPA Community on the morning of Monday, December 13, 2021.
IV. Special BOD Community Meeting

Discuss & Prepare for Special BOD Meeting on 12/15/21
The Board discussed the special meeting to be held on December 15, 2021 for public comment purposes to hear the PPA community's thoughts and concerns. The final agenda was drafted and will be published.

There being no further business to be transacted, and upon motion duly made, seconded and approved, the meeting was adjourned at 8:21 PM.
