In-person Meeting Return: Governor Abbott’s March 2020 order temporarily suspending certain provisions of the Open Meetings Act due to the COVID-19 pandemic disaster expired August 31, 2021. Consequently, TCA+A Board Meetings will return to in-person meetings at Texas School of the Arts.

Leslie Scott made a motion to approve the minutes from TCA+A Board Meeting on 01-17-23.
Mary A. Zimmerman seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
IV. Finance
A.
Presentation of FY2022 Audit
- Ted Neeb of Freemon, Shapard, & Story presented audit results
- Clean Audit; no findings
Leslie Scott made a motion to approve the FY2022 Audit.
Charles Reid seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
