FWAFA Semester Exam Weight
- Shift in the grading policy concerning final exams

- Make it equitable for in-person and at-home learners
- Current language indicates 10% of their semester grade will consist of a semester exam
- Change to: average 1st, 2nd, and 3rd six weeks grades for semester one grade and average 4th, 5th, and 6th six weeks grades for semester two grade rather than have a final exam for 10% of the grade
- Revised verbiage in the handbook would read:
- SEMESTER AVERAGES Grades 3-12
- The semester average should be the average of the first three or second three grading periods.
