Texas Center for Arts + Academics is the charter holder of Fort Worth Academy of Fine Arts (FWAFA) and Texas School of the Arts (TeSA).

Board Resolution
- This Resolution transfers all Financial and Transition Authority from Clint Riley to Patricia Thomson effective August 27, 2019.
Charles Reid made a motion to approve Resolution.

TBC Parent Club
- TBC summer camp was a huge success.
- Parents gave high praise for Interim Artistic Director, Kerra Simmons.
- The TBC Parent Club treasurer resigned but has been replaced.
- Mr. Faught expressed parents concerns over high level of attrition at FWAFA.
VIII. Resource Development

Resource Development
- Resource Development Committee meets the second Monday of every month from noon - 1pm
- August 2019 meeting topics:

- Board coverage of TeSA and FWAFA activities/performances
- 2019 Annual Fund
- September 9 -27, 2019
- Annual Fund goal is $85,000
- Board Contribution goal is $10,000 with a Give or Get outreach
IX. Team Impact: Conservatories and Community
A.
Conservatories and Community
- Conservatories and Community Committee meets the 2nd Thursday of each month
- August 2019 Meeting topics:
- TCAA summer camps went well
- Art Conservatory has 20 students enrolled
- Dance Conservatory has 61 students enrolled; enrollment runs through October
- TBC Trip to Belgium July 2020 to participate in the World Choir Games
- Fall Advisory Council meeting is set for October 24, 2019

Election of Officers
- Proposed current officers remain in place for one more year to provide stability
