Texas Center for Arts + Academics is the charter holder of Fort Worth Academy of Fine Arts (FWAFA) and Texas School of the Arts (TeSA).

Call the Meeting to Order

Melissa Goodroe called a meeting of the board of directors of Texas Center for Arts + Academics to order on Tuesday Apr 24, 2018 at 6:01 PM.

A.

Audit Engagement Approval

Steven Johnson made a motion to pass agreement.
Daniel Bates seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
Linda Metcalf asked to clarify that the agreement was the same as last year. It was confirmed that it is the same with the exception to the price which has gone down by about $9,000.

III. Development

Grant Resolution

Daniel Bates made a motion to approve the resolution.
Steven Johnson seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
