Meeting shall be at upper campus cafeteria, but a virtual option has been provided.
A meeting has been set up in Zoom for this-evening's FTP committee meeting at 7pm.

Ridership Survey
Looking to gauge the GLOBE community to assess ridership likelihood.
Survey will go to all of GLOBE - not just those in the community near the proposed satellite hub.

Decision to Purchase 1 or 2 Buses
Looking to purchase one bus for now rather than the two that were initially proposed.
Need to determine whether the purchase for the second can still be purchased at an agreed upon price if purchased within a certain time period.

Schedule visit to bus vendor
Jen looking to have the committee to review the buses in person in February.
D.
Bus Parking - Brainstorming
Need to determine safe location to store the buses during the school day and overnight.
Potential location is near North Decatur Road and E. Ponce de Leon
Value Engineering of the soft Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP)
Final GMP expected in February
Plan is to close before the end of Feb
Free Space and BDR to help with the Value Engineering
Need to do lot consolidation - need to determine how to expedite the process if there is a time constraint
Need to determine if there is a way for schools to bypass zoning issues.
