M. Hudson called a meeting of the Diversity - DEIBA Committee of The GLOBE Academy to order on Wednesday Nov 20, 2019 at 6:30 PM.

Strategic Plan DEI vendors
Awaiting finalized contract with 2nd choice vendor. CEE and Tiki Barnes believes they will be a good fit once contract can be finalized.
Committee agreed to be available to work with vendor on some of the DEI leaning issues that arise (i.e. transportation, lunch policy, behavior plan, etc.)

Follow up items
CEE reported that the Admin will recommend that "Indigenous People Day" be used on GLOBE calendars and other platforms rather than Columbus Day. This is consistent with the DEI Committee recommendation. The BOD approves the Calendar.

December meeting is canceled. Monique will send DEI updates to committee.
