P. Castro called a meeting of the Governance Committee of The GLOBE Academy to order on Tuesday Mar 24, 2026 at 7:23 PM.

Approve Minutes
P. Castro made a motion to approve the minutes from 2025Q4 Governance Meeting on 11-11-25.
N. Cowan seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED to approve the motion.

The Committee will start identifying potential candidates in preparation for the eventual Vice-Chair and Secretary position vacancies.
Discussion ensued regarding how a Google Sheet could be used to track all applicant pool by position.
