  C. Goals for the year 40 m
   

We will conduct data review in particular in regards to our schoolwide goals for the year, which follow.

 

Schoolwide goals for 2023-2024 Academic Year:

 

Math:

We will increase the number of K-8 students in the high growth/low achievement quadrant (fall to winter, winter to spring) by 5%, as measured by MAP Growth. (setting the baseline this year)

 

Literacy:

We will decrease the percentage by race/ethnicity of  students scoring below the 60th percentile by 2% from the Spring ‘23 to Spring ‘24 administration, as measured by MAP. (Fall to Winter 2023 will be baseline)

 

Target Language:

We will increase the number of students in 2nd-8th grades who meet the proficiency level by 2% as measured by STAMP. Please see proficiency level documents by grade and language.     *target language for their grade, by language

 

Social/emotional:

Decrease overall  absences* by 5%.

In addition to data review and touching on schoolwide goals (below), what would be useful and meaningful for this Board Committee to work on?
