Drew will provide an update on New Elementary Campus work completed and identify process and governance matters for board consideration. 

Lillian Norton and representatives from BDR will provide an overview of the New GLOBE Elementary Campus project timeline. 

Piper Sandler will provide an overview of the process for issuing bonds and discuss GLOBE's current financial position with respect to the New GLOBE Elementary Campus.

Architects from the firm Freespace will be introduced to the board. Architects will discuss their process for supporting the project, including how to incorporate community and school voice/feedback. 

Jabari Clark and Lillian Norton will update the board on work completed on transportation efforts to date. 

Drew will present briefly on exploratory work on capital fundraising.

Lorena Ferro (Treasurer) will present FY24 budget for consideration and discussion.

Drew Reynolds will update the board on the passage of GLOBE's 2023-2028 charter with items for consideration. 

Teri Williams and Michelle Hayes will discuss updates in board recruitment.
