Call the Meeting to Order
Brian Hamilton called a meeting of the board of directors of Legacy Schools Board of Directors to order on Tuesday Nov 17, 2020 at 5:02 PM.
II. Finance

CFO Signatory Privileges
Greg Johnston made a motion to Add Julie Pinnix as an authorized signer to the accounts.
Orazio Mancarella seconded the motion.
The board VOTED to approve the motion.
Darlene Wilson arrived.
III. Covid-19 Reentry Plan
A.
Discuss Covid-19 Reentry Plan
CEO made a recommendation to amend Legacy Prep's reentry plan to have a buffer week after Thanksgiving break, winter break, and spring break.
Karen Johnson made a motion to Amend the Covid-19 reentry plan to include a buffer week after major school holidays.
Darlene Wilson seconded the motion.
The board VOTED to approve the motion.
