Call the Meeting to Order
Brian Hamilton called a meeting of the board of directors of Legacy Schools Board of Directors to order on Thursday May 21, 2020 at 2:00 PM.
II. Facility
A.
Facility Lease
Greg Johnston made a motion to Approve the one year Facility Lease between Legacy Prep and Daniel Payne College Legacy Village Foundation in the amount of $165,000 commencing on July 2, 2020.
Earlisha Williams seconded the motion.
The board VOTED to approve the motion.
III. Finance
A.
FY2020 Amended Budget
Greg Johnston made a motion to Approve the FY2020 budget amendment #1.
Earlisha Williams seconded the motion.
The board VOTED to approve the motion.
B.
FY 2019 Audit Report
C.
FY2019 Budget
Greg Johnston made a motion to Approve the FY2019 budget to align with the FY2019 actuals for the audit report.
Earlisha Williams seconded the motion.
As FY2019 being the first year of the school opening, board approval of the FY2019 budget could not be located in the prior meeting minutes. The ALSDE did not require a budget to be submitted for FY2019.
The board VOTED to approve the motion.
