While some have similar titles, they all do different things. They are all designed to protect the Legacy Schools' best interest, to the greatest extent allowed by the laws and regulations in The State of Alabama, Jefferson County, and Alabama State Department of Education. They are also fully compliant with the Children's Internet Protection Act, Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act, Protection of Pupil Rights Amendment, as well as HIPAA.
