- Reestablishment of CAM charge (common area maintenance)
- Executive Director serves as Daniel Payne Legacy Village Foundation broker (previously Director of Facilities served as broker)

 

Property Owner Commitments 
- Increase bandwidth for internet service (200MB)
- Security system updates (intercom, PA system, security detail (during the day and traffic flow)
- Monthly shared space meeting
*Missing the following:
1. Consistent and quality custodial services.
2. Covering all service calls tied to utilities/building maintenance.
3. Walk-in freezers and office space in kitchen due to state requirements.
4. Completing repairs in a timely manner that directly interrupt learning.
