II. Action Items - Mojave River Academy Schools

A.

Establishment of Nominating Committee

J. Mendez made a motion to pursuant to Article VII, Section 6 of the bylaws, to establish a nominating committee and appointed G. Rivera.
G. Rivera seconded the motion.
The board VOTED to approve the motion.

III. Future Business

A.

Future Business

The next board meeting of the Mojave River Academy Schools Board of Directors will be held November 12 2026 at 8:00am at Mojave River Academy, 13911 Park Ave. Suite 108, Victorville, CA 92392.

IV. Closing Items

A.

Adjourn Meeting

J. Mendez made a motion to adjourn the meeting.
G. Rivera seconded the motion.
The board VOTED to approve the motion.
There being no further business to be transacted, and upon motion duly made, seconded and approved, the meeting was adjourned at 9:01 AM.
