E. Zamora called a meeting of the Finance & Fundraising Committee of Whatcom Intergenerational High School to order on Thursday Jan 16, 2025 at 4:34 PM.

Review December 2024 Financial Report & Items for Board Ratification
Meeting will be rescheduled prior to the 1/16 board meeting.

Upcoming Events
E.Zamora and D.Walker discussed fundraising ideas for spring 2025.
- Focus on what events should happen this spring
- Strategies for creating a 2025 fundraising calendar for the entire year
- Types of fundraisers:
- Sees candy sale prior to Valentine's Day
- Sock sale in November
- School Merch sale- ongoing
- Spring Talent show and auction
- Possibly bring new/prospective board members S.Clark and A.Leith onboard with a focus on fundraising and event planning.
