Review of Auction
EZ and Bely shared that $3000 was made at the spring auction. Discussed that schedule interruptions impacted the event and may have led to loss of additional purchases and donations.
Katie presented April financials, and discussed when to review 5-year financial plan with the committee. Review of funding categories and purchases to ensure legality based on funding sources.
