School Updates
Dawn presented on recent school updates and the start of NWEA MAP assessments. Testing data to be reviewed at the Feb meeting.
Attendance updates shared on School Overview
Discussion of SchoolOps enrollment plan- up for vote. Board decided to hold special meeting in order to ensure the contract has confirmed deliverables and plan for if those deliverables are not met.
Upcoming events at the school- Black History Month events

Corrective Action Plan (CAP) Update - Academic
Dawn updated that Commission said in school was compliant in December, but expressed concern that some January MTSS meetings were cancelled. Dawn explained reason behind cancelled meetings, and plan to resolve moving forward.

Staffing
WIHS is still seeking Nurse and Counseling support. Possible contracted Nurse moving to area in March, but further information is required.
E.
Teacher share out
Erin O'Brien, SPED Teacher, presented on what happens within her department, and how co-taught classes support student learning.
