M. Lindsey called a meeting of the Governance Committee of F.W. Parker Charter Essential School to order on Tuesday Mar 7, 2023 at 8:07 AM.

Review draft of materials for new committee members
Julie introduced a welcome letter and ideas of items to share with new committee members. Committee discussed adding how to use Board on Track, how to access minutes and material, along with the expectations of being a committee member. Packet ideas will be shared with the BoT next meeting, along with what their responsibilities will be in creating a welcome packet for their own committees.

Committee discussed the nomination and recruitment process.

Committee updated about various candidates
