M. Lindsey called a meeting of the Governance Committee of F.W. Parker Charter Essential School to order on Wednesday Sep 14, 2022 at 8:00 AM.

M. Lindsey made a motion to approve the minutes from Governance Committee Meeting on 05-26-22.
J. Fredericksen seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED to approve the motion.

Members discussed current goals of the committee and how to better frame what a committee goal would be. Team postponed discussion of setting goals to the next GovComm meeting.
