Ruth and Tiff will describe the work they are doing on behalf of the Diversification Grant Group and explain the revision and contest of the Equity Triangle. |

We will test that Equity Triangle by examining the challenges presented by anti-Semitic actions at Parker. There is no decision that will be made at the sub-committee level, this is simply to put the new tool in action and access the expertise of the members of this group.
Protocol: 1. Groups hears the presenter describe the current dilemma and what has been done thus far. (Brian) 2. Participants ask clarifying questions. 3. All participants examine the dilemma using the questions posed on the Equity Triangle. (presenter initially sits back to hear from the group). 4. Hear from the presenter what new steps might occur. 5. Debrief how the Equity Triangle tool served the group. |
