B. Sharp called a meeting of the board of directors of Friendly Academy to order on Tuesday Jan 27, 2026 at 5:33 PM.

Vote to Approve October 2025 Board Minutes
N. Lampert made a motion to Approve the minutes from Board Meeting on 10-28-25.
M. Jones seconded the motion.
The board VOTED to approve the motion.

D. Richardson made a motion to approve the minutes from January Academic Committee Meeting on 01-14-26.

The proposed Pre-K addition was presented to the Board. Board members requested additional information and clarification regarding the proposal. No vote was taken on the Pre-K addition at this time.
