E-rate based on 53.66% economically disadvantaged - verified by DPI.  Melissa is now working to submit.  Should be roughly 80% subsidy, but possibly on only 46 computers that are one-to-one with students and staff.  Should receive subsidy for fiber, firewall, etc.

    3. Provides supervision for online course with Hailey

    1. Same benefits as ESP, but able to provide instruction during online courses
