St. Clair Street Indianapolis, IN 46202) for the following statutorily authorized purpose: IC 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(D) real estate matters and I.C. 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(9) to discuss employee-specific compensation and employment matters of an individual employee.
