Call the Meeting to Order
J. Ray called a meeting of the board of directors of Lumen Public School to order on Monday Mar 15, 2021 at 4:34 PM.

T. O'Sullivan made a motion to approve the minutes from Special Meeting on 02-26-21.
C. Plager seconded the motion.

Financial Report
Lumen is on track is all areas with slight exception in local support/non tax which is fundraising revenues.
Expenditures are moving along as expected- all areas should be at 50% since we are halfway through year.
The Classified salaries are higher due to COVID grants.
Supplies are still fluctuating because we are making larger purchases with grant money. Bridging supply gap each month.
Capital expenditures are the improvements to the first floor.
Overall looking at actual budget- we are still on track to be under budget.
Quarterly Metrics- another way of looking at where we are, we are on track to the metrics SPS will hold us to.

Approve Approve February Payroll & AP #1098-1121
C. Plager made a motion to Approve.
T. O'Sullivan seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
