There being no further business to be transacted, and upon motion duly made, seconded and approved, the meeting was adjourned at 6:03 PM.

The meeting convened at 5:32 with Patrice Meadows and Rosalynne Price in attendance.
Adam was unable to attend the meeting because of a work emergency.
Rosalynne had submitted a draft outline for Orientation/Onboarding new board members.
The outline was reviewed during the meeting and Patrice added resources and locations for many of the items listed on the outline.
The revised outline can be reviewed/revised/modified in the October 2 Academics meeting and submitted to the board in the October Board meeting if necessary.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:03 p.m.
