Updates
Benchmark data will be shared next week at board meeting.
Veronica, Patrice, Adam, and Rosalyn will attend GA Charter Schools conference.
For SCSC monitoring, all things were submitted timely.
Remind board members to register for governance training in August.
Welcome Rosalyn to the committee!
Need to meet with Patrice re: midyear TKES
Grant writing needs - Veronica willing to be trained

Plan to meet with Patrice next Thursday to discuss a plan of support and additional resources. Unit unpacking tools, curriculum implementation, coaching cycles support, data digs, and other related topics.
Northstar Education Consulting provides coaching support for in-school coaches. We will work to align with what is already taking place and build stronger processes/procedures.
