Call the Meeting to Order
S. Pasternak called a meeting of the Academics & Culture Committee Committee of Living School to order on Monday Jan 8, 2018 at 5:07 PM.

Approve Minutes
N. Mock made a motion to approve minutes.
F. Olajide seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.

Draft deadline: Mon 1/22/18, Stefin to Committee: 1/15/18

Review Charter Application
Nancy: What charter applications have we been using as models?
- New Harmony High
- Rooted School
- Collegiate Academies
Nancy: Maybe we should add IT as a potential career pathway?
Prateek: What baseline data will we collect?
Prateek: What do we mean by diversity?
Nancy: Do we want our calendar to be this different from a normal NOLA HS calendar?
Victor: When does assessment happen?

Hiring a 3rd Party Reviewer
We will not hire a 3rd party reviewer and instead focus on getting feedback from leaders who have recently had charters approved.
