Executive Director's Report to the Board
Black History Month Spirit Week - discuss specific - hall of fame, local community members, historical models and influencers. Dress up as influential person in history, I have a dream day, and door contest. Actively trying to fill out the three spots open right now. Position have been filled.
Suspensions - most of them are physical altercations - 3 in-house suspensions and the rest are out.

Review Monthly Academic Data
Meeting was spent on discussing coaching that teachers are receiving. MCAS are coming up with ELA being first.

January Financials
Nothing notable - waiting for the grant to be revised from the bathroom remodel, slightly underenrolled. Slightly under our budgeted income.

Reminder to finish the ED Evaluation - due March 1. Reminder to let us know if you have anyone in mind to join the board. Discuss future of the board and the intent to recruit more members to be a part of the board. Connected with a recruiter to discuss potential new members.
